To access your health records and communicate with our office, use the Healow 

App or visit www.healow.com.

 

 

 

 

If you provided an email address at your last appointment, you should have received an email with portal access instructions. If not, you can still log in by following these steps:

​

1. Go to the Healow app or website

2. Enter the Practice Code: ICGACD

3. Select Advanced Health LLC, 3024 Business Park Circle, Goodlettsville, TN
